This sweet wine showcases aromas of honey, candied fruit, citrus fruits, and balsamic notes. The perfect balance between the roundness of the sugar and the lively hint of acidity creates a unique and delightful flavor. The wine is aged for 10 years and made with a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes, which are carefully vinified and aged in regulated vats and barrels. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including blue cheeses, and even spicy cuisine. ​Domaine NIGRI is a wine estate located in Monein , in the southwest, in the heart of the "Jurançon" appellation, near Pau / Orthez and facing the Pyrenees. It has been producing Jurançon Sec and Doux wines since the 17th century. The property is a traditional Béarnese building with its barrel cellar and its vines which extend over 15 ha across the Béarn hillsides.
