This wine boasts a brilliant ruby color and a distinctive aroma combining fruity and gourmand notes with richness and generosity. Hints of black cherries, red fruits, black tea, and nutmeg enhance the overall experience.

On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance of fruitiness and minerality, refreshing acidity, and a subtle wood influence. Flavors of blackberry, juicy plum, raspberry, and red berry fruits are harmoniously blended. With an aging potential of 6 to 8 years, it is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C. The terroirs of this wine consist of clay-limestone soil slopes facing south, while its location is north of the commune of Pommard, on the Beaune side. In the vineyard, they practice integrated pest management, with grassed soils to control vigor and yields. The manual harvest is enhanced by the presence of fruit trees and the absence of insecticides or herbicides.
