With a fruity and fresh nose, this wine offers a touch of elegance and raciness. Notes of vine peach, fleshy apple, and pink lychee blend with mandarin and kumquat, as well as hints of exotic fruits, quenette, and elderflower, all balanced by a subtle hint of rose. On the palate, this wine showcases a fruity and elegant profile with a defined and smooth richness, refreshing acidity, and a delicate yet airy character. Flavors of lychee, quenette, and vine peach are complemented by elderflower, peach blossom, citrus, and crushed apple. Subtle notes of almond and a hint of toast add depth, while a delicate minerality and a touch of iodine can be detected in the background. The finish is satisfyingly long.

Honeysuckle, white peach, green apples and pineapple create the attention-seeking nose. On the palate, the wine is rich, fresh and fruity with a lively pineapple note that lingers. Drink from 2024-202
STELLA SOLARE is only 0,70ha on limestones and gravel terroir
The vineyard is a full complantation of 60% Semillon 20% Sauvignon Blanc and
20% Sauvignon Gris of 60 years old, run organic.
Harvest is done in one day by hand with several sorting.
100% of the grapes are desteemed, and pressed  right away after harvest with
cold maceration to only keep fine lees.
Juice placed in only 6 barrels to process the alcoholic fermentation with
stirring the lees. No malolactic fermentation.
3 barrels new and 3 barrels of one year. 50% oak and 50% acaccia. French from
Allier forest.
Ageing during 8 months in barrel and 14 months in bottle. So that to release the
wine after 2 years.
