Organic Wine Gift Box Domaine Duseigneur Catarina Châteauneuf-du-Pape

This Domaine Duseigneur Catarina Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wooden Wine Gift Box is a certified organic and biodynamic 2018 Châteauneuf du Pape Catarina Red Wine. It is drawn from the lieux-dits of Colombis, Bois de la Ville and Grand Devès.

This wine has vibrant raspberry and cherry fruit on the nose, underscored by hints of garrigue and crushed stone. It is a medium to full-bodied wine, ripe and silky in mouth feel but not overly rich or round. The blend is made of Grenache from 90 to 100%, with the rest of the blend made of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault.

This wine is best served at a temperature of 15 - 17°C and should be decanted for 1 hour.
