Domaine Lerys Gracious vintage showcases a remarkable and unexpected blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu. The strikingly clear and radiant golden hue is captivating, while the palate reveals a bouquet of nuts with a subtle touch of oxidation. This gastronomic white wine offers a fresh and full-bodied experience, with delicate floral notes and a surprisingly smooth and lengthy finish, accented by hints of honey. Vinification techniques involved a 3-hour skin maceration and cold fermentation, all achieved without the use of sulfites. 

Domaine Lérys is a family estate that was founded in 1861 in Villeneuve les Corbières, the birthplace of the future Fitou appellation, which is the oldest AOC Rouge in Languedoc, created in 1948.
