The 2022 Domaine Salut AOC Graves White Wine is a pale yellow wine made from Sémillon and Sauvignon grapes grown on 7 hectares of organic vineyards with a yield of 50 hectoliters/hectare. With a balanced and round taste, this wine is known for its fruity and citrus notes and is produced in the Cérons plateau, located 40 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux. The fertile gravelly soils of this terroir are renowned for producing high quality wines, making it the historic heart of the appellation of Graves.
