La Fontaine des Demoiselles Chateau Montana is a bold, structured red wine crafted from produced in the Limono-Limestone region. The destemmed harvest is macerated in stainless steel vats and aged in French oak barrels, creating a fruity yet complex flavour profile of liquorice, vanilla, and prune. The tannins are silky and well-blended, making this wine a perfect pairing for Rich vegan dishes. Awarded a gold medal by Gilbert and Gaillard.
