This Domaine Langlois Les Grands Chenes,Loire 2021 wine is made from 100% Sauvignon grapes. It has a deep golden hue and aromas of lemon, honeysuckle, fresh blackcurrant, and dried flowers. The palate offers a precise and lively balance with notes of citrus fruits such as mandarin and orange peel.
Commitment to organic farming is part of respecting biodiversity: natural care of the vines, conservation of hedges near the vines to create natural habitats for wildlife, establishment of plant cover to cover the soil and thus reduce evaporation, stimulate soil micro-organisms.
Aging in stainless steel on lees then 4 months in French oak barrel (Forêt des Bertranges) on 40% of the volume.
