La Marciana Rosé, true to the principles of La Marciana, stands out as an exceptional wine. Its distinctiveness lies in its gastronomic qualities, complexity, and mineral characteristics. To ensure the utmost quality, the grapes are meticulously handpicked, a month later than the usual harvest. They are delicately placed in small crates and handled with care throughout the process.

Following this meticulous process, the grapes undergo careful sorting on the selection table, before being transferred to the tanks for immediate maceration. The winemaking philosophy excludes the use of press wine. A portion of the must ferments in exceptionally fine-grained French oak barrels, while another portion undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then remains in contact with its lees until June, enhancing its depth and character.
