This exceptional blend of organic, biodynamic, and natural Grenache showcases captivating aromas of intense red fruits complemented by tantalizing spicy notes. The meticulous winemaking process begins with hand-harvested and sorted grapes, cooled overnight at 3°C, and fermented in small vats without added yeast. With manual punching down and malolactic fermentation in select French barrels, La Marciana presents a remarkable depth and a refreshing sensation on the palate. Its authentic character is preserved through minimal filtration and stabilization, allowing you to experience the true essence of this unique wine. -
Domaine les 4 Vents, Saint-Jaimes, Crozes-Hermitage 2018
This fantastic Crozes-Hermitage is garnet to purple in color, offering ripe fruit aromas of blueberries and blackberries, with hints of leather and liquorice. The palate is full and concentrated with flavors of blackcurrant and black plum, enhanced by well-integrated tannins leading to spice notes and a long, lingering finish. Sourced from over 40-year-old vines using whole bunch fermentation, this wine is crafted without added yeasts and aged for one year in used 600L barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.
