Wolxheim is a peaceful wine-growing village located 20 km west of Strasbourg and nestled between the green Bruche canal and the sub-Vosges hills. It is overlooked by the Horn Rock, which, like a cornucopia, pours its riches onto the gentle slopes of the surrounding hillsides. The statue of the Sacred Heart, symbol of Peace, at the top of the Horn protects the village as well as the vineyard.
